At Gong, you will join a company built on innovative products, ambitious goals, and passionate people. You will work with a team that dreams big, moves fast, and cares deeply about the craft and about each other. Here, transparency and trust are core to how we operate, and every person has the opportunity to make a visible impact. If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career.

As Corporate Communications Principal Director, you will be a senior, high-impact individual contributor at the center of how Gong tells its story to the world. Partnering closely with the Head of Corporate Communications, Social & AR, you will be a strategic thought partner and own the execution of corporate communications, executive positioning, and crisis management.

This is a role for a builder and a doer — someone equally comfortable drafting a CEO op-ed, managing a fast-moving media crisis, and coaching executives on message discipline, all in the same week. You will work directly with Gong's leadership team and be a trusted voice in decisions that shape company reputation at scale.
