The Role Are you a seasoned CRM expert who thrives in the "post-go-live" world? We are looking for a Post-Implementation Consultant to own the technical evolution of our clients' CRM ecosystems.   You will act as a dedicated technical lead for multiple live clients, translating complex business strategies into scalable technical configurations. You will manage a billable book of work, delivering professional services remotely while serving as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing application enhancement and operational excellence.
