Job Description If you love turning great content into meaningful connections, this role is for you. As our Community Publishing Lead, you'll orchestrate best-in-class social publishing across global channels, helping LEGO stories reach and resonate with audiences around the world.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering best-in-class social media publishing across our communities, delivering critical business value and driving engaging and meaningful experiences for the LEGO Group’s audiences. • Coordinate Global Social Media publishing efforts to ensure content reaches and resonates with our international audiences across multiple platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Pinterest
• Oversee daily social media publishing operations, collaborating with our Community Engagers and Engagement Leads, continuously optimizing workflows to deliver year-round publishing across multiple time zones, meeting SLAs, and maintaining a high standard of governance so that content is high quality and embodies our LEGO brand values
• Support best in class publishing across all types of social media content, including providing best-in-class support for campaign and partner content, as well as agility and precision in publishing real-time and reactive content that leverages culturally relevant trends
• Engage and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, including editorial planners, production teams, community engagement leads, marketing managers, and others, to ensure alignment and successful content execution
• Champion publishing, engagement and moderation operating symbiotically – supporting our team of community engagement experts with advance editorial visibility and awareness of campaign and content objectives, enabling them to anticipate audience sentiment and deploy their skills to effectively amplify key brand campaigns, partnerships and messages from the moment at which content goes live
• Employ a data driven mindset, working with Analytics and Insights colleagues to track success against key performance indicators, ensuring the Community Management & Moderation team is recognized as a critical business enabler
• Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, influence and implement tooling and technology improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, speed and safety across the publishing processes
• Foster continuous improvement mindset and drive publishing best practices across the LEGO Group, including creating frameworks and working with stakeholders to capture and maintain knowledge
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deadlines and tasks while maintaining a keen eye on quality and innovation

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Publishing & Moderation, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us enhance the experience for our fans through quality content and engagement experiences on our digital channels, contributing to our mission to build direct and lasting relationships with grown-up fans and creators.
Do you have what it takes? • Several years of experience professionally engaging with fans and online communities through social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of the social media ecosystem, with hands-on experience managing campaign or content operations for brands across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest
• Experience with Sprinklr, or similar social media management tools to effectively manage and schedule content, as well as deep exposure to native publishing and social platform nuances
• Strong understanding of processes within large organizations, with experience navigating and improving workflows in complex environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to maintaining a strong focus on quality in all aspects of work
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
Additional details on this position • This is a Lead Professional level role based at 1001 Boylston St in Boston, MA.

• Due to the nature of this role and the ongoing care required for our communities, you may be required to support our Community Engagers on some weekend days or national holidays during peak campaign periods and be on call for emergencies; this is on a rotating basis (with time in lieu provided).
• There will be no relocation assistance for this role.
Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer. Application
