Position Summary Provides administrative, operational, and program coordination support for community engagement activities within Strategy, Outreach & Advocacy. Coordinates community and employee engagement programs, sponsorship activities, community events and conferences, volunteer initiatives, and other department engagement opportunities.

Works collaboratively with internal teams and external community partners to support effective execution of community engagement activities. Maintains the processes, communications, tracking, reporting, payment coordination, and event logistics necessary to ensure programs and activities are organized, timely, and aligned with department priorities.   Essential Responsibilities • Coordinate and provide administrative support for community and employee engagement programs, including community drives, blood drives, volunteer initiatives, Day of Service activities, and employee campaigns; support associated communications, employee participation, logistics, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate department participation in community events, conferences, and meetings, including registrations, attendee coordination, travel and hotel logistics, meeting scheduling, event materials, booth coordination, catering, and day-of-event support.

• Coordinate community sponsorship activities, including processing payments, tracking requests and commitments, managing registrations and sponsorship benefits, and coordinating logos and materials. Support relationships with nonprofit and community partners by coordinating meetings, event participation, sponsorship fulfillment, and community requests, while maintaining accurate records of partner activities and follow-up items.

• Coordinate invitations and participation for company leaders, employees, and other internal stakeholders at community events and sponsored activities, maintaining event calendars, guest tracking, distribution lists, invitations, and registrations. Develop and distribute internal communications related to community engagement activities, volunteer opportunities, employee programs, and events, coordinating information and materials with internal partners as needed.

• Support department financial and administrative processes, including vendor and sponsorship payment requests, invoice tracking, budget tracking, expense report coordination, and maintenance of department records and tracking tools. Coordinate event supplies, promotional materials, employee and volunteer appreciation items, and auction items, maintaining appropriate inventory and tracking.

• Maintain engagement data, trackers, calendars, and reports, compiling participation and activity information to support department reporting, planning, and continuous improvement. Provide general administrative and coordination support for Strategy, Outreach & Advocacy initiatives and department leadership, including meeting coordination, scheduling, preparation of materials, and document maintenance.

Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, business, nonprofit management, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of three years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, community engagement, nonprofit work, event coordination, customer or community relations, or a related area. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. - Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, company leaders, nonprofit organizations, community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate events, maintain accurate records and tracking systems, and manage administrative processes with attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, and other systems used for tracking, reporting, and communication.

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $21.90 to $30.70 per hour
