The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

What will you be doing? • Evaluate the creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients across the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. • Analyze clients ranging from small private businesses to large multinational public corporations. • Review credit applications, financial statements, legal documents, credit bureau reports, and publicly available information. • Conduct financial analysis, including ratio, trend, liquidity, leverage, profitability, and cash flow analysis. • Investigate credit history and risk factors to support sound underwriting decisions. • Assess the degree of risk associated with proposed transactions and portfolio relationships. • Recommend appropriate transaction structures and risk mitigation strategies. • Prepare clear and concise credit memorandums and recommendations for management approval. • Make credit decisions within delegated authority levels and in accordance with company policy. • Conduct periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring of portfolio accounts. • Identify deteriorating credit trends and escalate concerns appropriately. • Analyze credit scorecard results and portfolio performance data. • Support reporting of credit events and portfolio risks to management and key stakeholders.

  What are we looking for? • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Additional professional certifications, training, or business analysis credentials are preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, and related business tools. • 2-5 years of experience in commercial credit underwriting, financial analysis, business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, or related analytical roles. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience documenting business processes, workflows, requirements, and procedures. • Familiarity with credit bureau services such as Experian and Dun & Bradstreet. • Familiarity with financial software, credit decisioning tools, workflow systems, and reporting platforms. • Experience supporting technology implementations, system enhancements, or business process improvement initiatives preferred. • Experience with workflow automation, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full time employees.
