Summary

Responsibilities: • 3+ years of CNC maintenance technician experience.

• Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.

• Ability to read part manuals, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.

• Diagnose, identify problems, and efficiently effect repairs on production equipment.

• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic Office computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Works within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify approach.

• Performs routine day-to-day activities.

• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned production equipment.

• Assist and direct in the movement and installation of production equipment.

• Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.

• Work with Maintenance team to maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of parts.

• Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy.

   Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. • Ability to exchange straightforward information in routine situations. • Ability to comprehend electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams, prints and schematics.        • Possess the skill to use highly accurate measuring equipment. • Follow work instructions and complete work orders with minimal supervision. • Possess the ability to mentor lesser skilled maintenance personnel.

Additional Information: • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.  • No relocation assistance. • 3:00PM-11:30PM Monday through Friday (overtime as required).
