Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Division/Program: Adult FSP Starting Compensation: 95,000 - 110,000 USD Per Year Working Location: Fresno, CA Working Hours/Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 4day/10 hour work schedule

What you bring to SBHG: Licensure & Education: • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience is required. • Must meet California BBS requirements to provide clinical supervision to registered associates. • Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university is required.

Experience: • Five (5) years of experience providing direct clinical care in the mental health field is required. • Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. • Experience working with county mental health systems is highly desired. • Experience providing services to adult populations is preferred.

Requirements:  • A valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria.

How you will make a difference:  The Clinical Supervisor has the primary responsibility for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff who provide services to adults with a variety of social, emotional, and support needs. Provides ongoing guidance and clinical supervision to ensure quality services and compliance with program and licensing requirements. Supports staff through participation in client meetings, therapy sessions, and crisis intervention as needed. Maintains a clinical caseload, providing individual, family, and group therapy services when appropriate. Ensures timely and accurate documentation, reviews clinical records for quality and compliance, and oversees completion of required reports and treatment documentation.

Division/Program Overview:    • Population Served:   Serving adults, 18 plus • Facility & Setting:   Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle. • Clinical Services:   Individual Counseling. • Skills & Services:   Medication management, Housing, Education, and Vocational Support services. • Role specific Benefits & Reimbursements:   Mileage reimbursement included at a rate of $0.85 per mile and Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet)
