In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You will conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapy services, provide crisis intervention when needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes. This position combines clinical expertise , relationship-building, and evidence-based treatment approaches to help individuals improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: · Provide individual, family, group, and specialty counseling services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients achieve treatment goals · Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that support successful outcomes · Facilitate trauma-informed, co-occurring, educational, and therapeutic group services as appropriate · Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency interventions to ensure client safety and continuity of care · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in clinical staffing meetings to support coordinated treatment planning · Guide clients through transitions of care and complete all required discharge planning and documentation activities · Provide clinical consultation and professional guidance to treatment team members when appropriate · Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, clients, families, and community partners while representing the organization professionally · Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards · Support departmental goals, quality improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned by leadership
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: · Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field · Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) · Licensed and authorized to practice through the applicable professional licensing board within the state of practice · Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders · Knowledge of rehabilitation methods, treatment modalities, and evidence-based clinical practices · Must be willing to become licensed in additional states beyond the state currently licensed in · Must be comfortable providing telehealth services; training provided as needed · Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues · Ability to interpret policies, procedures, clinical guidance, and regulatory requirements
Additional Qualifications: · Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required · Must attain First Aid certification within three (3) months of beginning employment and maintain certification thereafter · Must attain CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment and maintain certification thereafter · Must attain required Behavioral Management training within thirty (30) days of employment or first available class after start date · Successful completion of background screenings including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks · Ability to work effectively in both in-person and telehealth environments · Ability to follow direction, accept supervision, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team · Demonstrated professionalism, ethical decision-making, and commitment to
