Clinic Nurse (RN)-Pulmonology Clinic

Job Description: Seeking a nurse to join our team at the Pulmonology Clinic .

This position works under general supervision while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care required to meet the needs of the patient such as: • Performs complete patient assessment and communicates with the providers

• Documents and maintains accurate nursing records

• Administers medications according to the approved standards and physician orders

• Engages patients and when appropriate family members in the plan of care

• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements: EDUCATION:  Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor Degree preferred. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:  Current registered nurse (RN) license or Temporary permit from the State of NE required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) with a recommended renewal date required.
