Position Highlights Be a part of the team at Floyd Valley Healthcare in our Clinic Nursing Department! Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a position open float position within our LeMars, Remsen, Marcus and Urgent Care Clinics. This position will work 32 hours per week and will be a License Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA).

LPN or MA Responsibilities: • Under direct supervision of the physician, assist in patient care. Obtain vital signs, blood pressures, height and weights and record information.  Perform phlebotomy and simple lab functions.

• 32 hours per week with a variable one day off per week. Occasional weekend or evening.

License Requirements: • Licensed as a LPN or certified Medical Assistant in Iowa.

• BLS certification is required as an employee.

• Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.
