About this role

About Entera

Entera is the leading SaaS and Services platform for Enterprise and Mid-Market single-family investors, empowering them to buy, sell and operate their real estate investments seamlessly. Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Entera’s online marketplace offers the best combination of data, technology, services, and expertise to real estate investors. Since its inception in 2018, Entera has transacted on more than $6B of single-family home transactions across 34 US markets. Backed by leading investors Goldman Sachs, Bullpen Capital and Craft Ventures, Entera empowers single-family buyers and sellers to make data-driven strategic decisions about their real estate, scale their operations, and achieve their investment goals. The company is headquartered in New York City, New York, and Houston, Texas.

The Role: We are looking for a highly strategic and driven Client Success Manager to join the Entera team in the single-family residential (SFR) real estate space. This team provides hands-on support to our investor clients, dramatically improving their capability and scale in property discovery, underwriting, comping, and decision-making using Entera's state-of-the-art technology across acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management strategy. You will be responsible for profiling and refining investment goals, driving both acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of our investor clients, and ensuring they extract maximum value from the Entera platform. This is a client coverage role: you will own a portfolio of client relationships day to day and be accountable for retention, growth, and client outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Own a defined book of client accounts end-to-end, serving as each client's primary point of contact and the internal owner of their retention, growth, and satisfaction.

• Lead daily interactions with clients regarding asset performance, current market conditions, and platform utilization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, leading internal and external meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Develop strategic plans that help clients reach their capital deployment, acquisition, and disposition targets.

• Lead efforts in managing external relationships for newly onboarded clients.

• Deliver weekly performance insights and monthly market reports to advise clients on strategies for efficient operations.

• Proactively identify upcoming client capacity constraints and utilize data to uncover new opportunities.

• Serve as a primary product expert, teaching clients how to operate more self-sufficiently on the Entera platform and suggesting the best tools for their specific needs.

• Oversee and perform quality control on Broker Price Opinion (BPO) processes, generating weekly activity reports on Dispositions listings.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years in client success, account management, or client-facing real estate roles, with direct client coverage experience required: you have owned a named book of external B2B accounts, led Quarterly Business Reviews, and been accountable for retention and growth outcomes.

• Expertise in real estate valuation, enough to advise clients credibly in live conversations, with a strong preference for hands-on experience in single-family residential (SFR) acquisitions, dispositions, or portfolio operations. Practitioner experience executing transactions and operating portfolios is strongly preferred over purely advisory, appraisal, or valuation-analytics backgrounds.

• Proven experience navigating complex processes within larger organizations to drive performance improvements and meet client goals across multiple stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams to execute against strategic goals and tight deadlines.

• A natural ability to anticipate hurdles and proactively resolve problems both internally and externally.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a heavy focus on nurturing long-term, external-facing relationships.
