We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm. The CSA serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position supports financial advisors through account administration, client communications, operational coordination, and relationship management activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding service while helping ensure the efficient operation of the advisory practice.

Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Support • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication. • Assist clients with account maintenance, paperwork, and service-related needs. • Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting materials. • Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and a seamless client experience.

Account Administration • Prepare and process account opening, transfers, beneficiary updates, distributions, and other account-related documentation. • Monitor account paperwork for completeness and accuracy. • Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers to resolve operational issues. • Track account transfers and ensure efficient
