Overall Purpose This position performs a critical client data management role for the CIS Implementation and Support organization at Early Warning. This position is responsible for research and analysis for dataset contribution at multiple levels and developing metrics and reporting in support of the overall health of client data contributions and consortium data used in Early Warning products and services. This position is also responsible for managing critical client data projects for top tier and strategic customers that may degrade or improve performance of Early Warning products and services.
Essential Functions • Performs research and analytics at the client/cross-client/dataset/product/consortium levels to determine overall health and quality of consortium data used in EWS products and services.
• Operates as the subject matter expert regarding datasets and relativity to EWS products/services. Identifies areas and opportunities for improving data quality at the client/tier/dataset/product/consortium level.
• Manages non-routine client data projects that are deemed critical to the overall quality of consortium data for Early Warning products and services; including, but not limited to identification, selection, and scheduling of routine data quality validation projects. Also provides forecasting support.
• Manage and document multiple cases/projects simultaneously using the Early Warning CRM tool.
• Collaborates closely with customers, vendors, business analysts, project managers and development project teams to fully assess data feeds and expectations.
• Researches, analyzes, and reports data contribution, data quality, and/or data monitoring issues at product or consortium level.
• Assesses impacts of data contribution or quality issues that will provide insights to the urgency and steps for remediation in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Manages remediation projects to confirm validate remediation results.
• Assists with performing impact assessments and establishing severity of data contribution or data quality issues as well as client-initiated projects or client requests.
• Monitors results of data quality validations and client data monitoring to identify themes and trends that may require adjustments to key performance or risk indicators and thresholds.
• Works closely with EWS business partners to ensure access to data and tools as provisioned by others and explores and executes opportunities to self-serve.
• Develops reporting and manages reporting business rhythms and routines to provide reporting to stakeholders (clients, resellers, internal EWS stakeholders)
• Coordinates data sourcing and provisioning for Client Data Management team and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the development of internal processes and procedures related to customer data contribution and dimensions of data quality.
• Provides analysis and recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies and recommendation for data analytics tools.
• Provides assistance and training to support staff related to data contributions, data quality and data monitoring as well as automation and tools.
• Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.
• Ensures department maintains compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Supports the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications • Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or Data Analytics related field.
• Typically, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a data analytics, data quality, data management, technology role or related experience is required.
• 3 years’ experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau Prep, SAS, R or Python and/or other programming language(s)
• Financial Institution or services experience in operations, fraud detection, investigations and/or compliance is necessary.
• Broad understanding of Early Warning products and services and demonstrated acumen with how contributed data is used in Early Warning products and services, operating rules and technical requirements and specifications is necessary.
• Proven Project Management experience which includes leadership skills required to manage multiple complex projects, work independently, have excellent follow-up, and meet tight deadlines for deliverables.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and constant change.
• Strong customer service and client management skills.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with ability to tailor to varying audiences. Confidence and poise to present at all levels effectively.
