Job Description The   Client Communications Manager   is responsible for developing and executing non-promotional communication strategies that support business line objectives and drive customer engagement. This role leads complex communications initiatives with limited guidance, delivering customer-centric, clear, compliant, and brand-aligned communications across multiple channels. The position develops and executes communication   strategies that support customer growth, retention, and engagement, while identifying and tracking key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and optimize outcomes.   Working collaboratively with product, sales, and technical partners, the Client Communications Manager ensures all initiatives align with business goals, comply with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies, and uphold brand standards.   The ideal candidate will possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to influence stakeholders, simplify complex business and technical information, and deliver effective communications to customers, partners, and executive audiences.   The   role   will also   help navigate resource, operational, and organizational priorities to successfully execute strategic communications programs.   Core Responsibilities: • Develop and support communication goals and objectives for designated business lines.

• Create multi-channel communication strategies that deliver important information to existing bank clients while supporting retention and engagement.

• Use channels such as email, direct mail, and in-experience messaging to reach clients effectively.

• Apply AI technology and other tools to increase efficiency and improve speed to market.

• Evaluate communication results and use insights to optimize messaging and performance.

• Work with, and often lead, cross-functional teams to ensure strategy and content are clear, on-brand, and compliant.

• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure communication programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.

• Manage projects to completion on time and on budget, in alignment with project plans.

• Provide communication resources, expertise, and guidance to business line leaders.

• Communicate effectively with senior management and U.S. Bank leadership.

• Stay informed about changing market dynamics and collaborate to test and learn new ways to engage and communicate with customers and prospects.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience: • Experience in product marketing and/or communications preferred.

• Strong proficiency with AI and other tools that improve efficiency and speed to market.

• Strategic and critical thinker who collaborates effectively to identify opportunities and priorities.

• Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

• Demonstrates agility in thinking, planning, and delivery.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with U.S. Bank leadership.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are delivered on target, on time, and on budget.

Location Expectations: This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
