Key Responsibilities • Process inbound and outbound shipping documents and enter data into systems with accuracy. • Communicate load status, schedules, and issues with Walmart, carriers, and internal teams. • Maintain organized records and assist with reporting and basic office tasks. • Support yard management and appointment scheduling as needed. • Provide excellent customer service to drivers, customers, and coworkers.

Qualifications • High School diploma or GED required. • Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred. • Proficient with MS Office; TMS or WMS experience a plus. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts as needed.
