Please follow this link for a closer look at what it’s like to work at Children’s Wisconsin: https://www.instagram.com/lifeatcw/ Position Summary: Under the direction of the Supervisor, this after-hours position will provide the appropriate response necessary, including both virtual and in-person, to address exigent placement needs, safety controls and crisis response needed after-hours for both the In Home Services and Ongoing Services programs.

Position Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice or related degree that meets child placing license requirements required. • One year of experience in the delivery of educational training, employment services, vocational counseling, social services or related field preferred. Child welfare experience strongly preferred. • Experience working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds strongly preferred. • Requires a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, personal auto liability insurance coverage and the ability to be insured by the CHHS auto insurance carrier. • Must use personal vehicle to transport children, complete in-house car seat transporter training within one month of hire and re-train biannually thereafter to maintain. • Experience working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds strongly preferred. • You may need to respond in person - this is a part-time on-call position. • The hours are - Monday-Friday: 5PM-10PM; 730PM-12AM; 1130PM-8AM. • Saturday, Sunday and Weekday Holidays: 730AM-4PM; 330PM-12AM; 1130PM-8AM • Eligible shift differential and on-call pay.
