What You'll Do:
CoreWeave is looking for a Change Control Manager to bring order and visibility to how work gets scheduled and executed across our facility engineering portfolio. This role owns the calendars: maintenance windows, equipment changes, and team coverage across multiple sites, and makes sure nothing collides, nothing slips through the cracks, and everyone who needs visibility has it. You'll also be the person driving data quality in the tools we use to manage the portfolio, ensuring the data engineering, operations, and leadership rely on is accurate and current.
This is a highly cross-functional, detail-driven role suited to someone who thrives on coordination, process, and keeping a lot of moving parts synchronized without dropping any of them.
About the role:
Maintenance & Change Schedule Management
• Own and maintain the master maintenance calendar across the facility portfolio, coordinating planned maintenance windows across sites to avoid conflicts and minimize risk to operations
• Manage the change schedule for equipment and infrastructure changes across the portfolio, ensuring changes are properly logged, sequenced, and communicated
• Run the change control process end to end: intake requests, assess scheduling conflicts and risk, route for approvals, and confirm execution and close-out
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts between maintenance activities, equipment changes, and site operations before they become problems
• Maintain a forward-looking view of upcoming changes and maintenance so leadership and site teams can plan around them
Team & Site Coverage Scheduling
• Build and manage team schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage across all sites, accounting for on-call rotations, PTO, and planned work
• Partner with site leads and facility managers to align staffing schedules with the maintenance and change calendars
• Flag coverage gaps early and work with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact site operations
Data Validation & Portfolio Tools
• Drive data validation and data quality efforts across the facility engineering portfolio management tools, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained
• Establish and enforce data entry standards and audit processes to keep the portfolio tools trustworthy as a single source of truth
• Partner with tool owners/administrators to identify data gaps, resolve discrepancies, and improve data collection processes over time
• Generate reporting and dashboards from portfolio data to give stakeholders visibility into schedules, changes, and site status
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as the central point of contact for schedule and change visibility across facility engineering, site operations, and other stakeholder teams
• Communicate upcoming changes, maintenance windows, and schedule risks clearly and proactively to all affected parties
• Continuously improve the change control and scheduling processes as the portfolio scales
Who You Are:
• 3+ years of experience in change management, scheduling, project coordination, or a similar operational role, ideally in a data center, critical facilities, or industrial/technical environment.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple overlapping calendars and stakeholders at once.
• Experience with change management or maintenance management systems (CMMS, ITSM/change management tools, or similar portfolio management platforms).
• A sharp eye for data quality — comfortable auditing datasets, spotting inconsistencies, and driving process fixes.
• Clear, proactive communicator who can work across engineering, operations, and leadership audiences.
• Comfortable working onsite at a data center facility, including coordinating with site operations teams in person.
Preferred:
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure facility operations.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., Maximo, Upkeep, or similar) or ITSM change management tools.
• Experience building reporting or dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Wondering if you're a good fit?
We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.
• You love to solve complex operational challenges and bring structure to ambiguous processes.
• You're curious about the mechanics of data centers and how critical infrastructure supports global-scale computing.
• You're an expert in coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining rigorous data integrity across technical systems.
