Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.   Job Description: Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Certified Scrum Master to join our team supporting the Joint Staff Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). In this role, you will directly oversee agile delivery teams responsible for developing, iterating, and scaling data and AI-enabled use cases across Joint Staff Directorates in support of critical Department of Defense mission objectives. What You'll Be Doing: • Serve as Scrum Master for a dedicated delivery POD leveraging War Data Platform (WDP) to deliver CDAO data and AI-enabled products and use cases for the Joint Staff • Own agile implementation for the POD, ensuring agile standards, processes, and best practices are consistently followed and tailored to the DoD environment • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, driving alignment with CDAO priorities and Joint Staff mission objectives • Manage and maintain agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), including ticket creation, tracking, backlog refinement, and workflow optimization for the POD • Support POD metrics tracking, reporting on velocity, burndown, impediments, and other key performance indicators to inform delivery and continuous improvement • Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the POD • Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and Joint Staff Directorates to ensure requirements are well-understood, prioritized, and delivered on schedule • Ensure all development activities adhere to applicable DoD regulations, data governance, and security standards • Escalate blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve delivery challenges within the POD

What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Active TS/SCI security clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP). • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with demonstrated success leading agile teams in complex, mission-driven environments • Experience overseeing the development of data analytics, AI, or software products, preferably within the DoD or federal sector • Strong proficiency in agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), including ticket management, workflow setup, and metrics tracking • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC, DFARS) • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

What Desired Skills You'll Bring: • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline • Experience supporting Joint Staff, CDAO, or other senior-level DoD organizations • Familiarity with War Data Platform (WDP), cloud architectures, DevSecOps practices, and advanced analytics platforms • Additional agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Leader, SAFe Program Consultant) • Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, drive innovation, and own delivery processes in large, matrixed organizations

Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
