The Job:  

• Execute category strategy across all Category portfolios.   

• Guide NPD process to align with brand direction through early -stage ideation phase.    

• Provide feedback on prioritization of product development projects based on category strategy .    

• Gather and synthesize information from various teams to assess competitive positioning, identify opportunities, and understand market dynamics.    

• Build optimized and impactful launch plans for new product introductions .  

• Recommend budget allocations for marketing spend by category in conjunction with brand marketing team.   

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate organizational change initiatives within scope .   

• Own the Category P&L and business performance reporting such as in Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, IBP Process etc.    

• Provide financial analysis by category to the channel marketing team for annual quoting and line review process.   

• Communicate strategy with cross-functional teams (sales, brand, product, channel) and act as point of contact for product launch .  

• Lead operational alignment across team (supply chain, manufacturing, marketing) to ensure product availability and readiness are timely and effective.

• Product Experience (Preferred)    

• Commercial Experience (Essential)

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00
 • This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
