   Call Center- Telehealth Clinician The Role Itself  • Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers and updates treatment team on clinical information. • Actively communicates within HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines, documenting interactions. • Completes level of care assessments and ASAM documentation via telehealth.  • Provides resource information and "warm-referrals" to community providers for engagement. • Communicates with utilization review • Completes thorough, timely documentation in compliance with standards. • Demonstrates crisis intervention skills and upholds confidentiality. • Possesses a working knowledge of clinical regulations. • Completes the admission process, including verification of benefits and necessary authorizations.

Education: • High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor's degree (LSW or RN preferred), or Master's degree in social work or counseling with licensure.

License : • BSW, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT • Must be licensed in Indiana
