Location: Brooklyn Center, MN Hours: 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do As a CAD Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our design process, transforming architectural visions into detailed, buildable models using   SolidWorks . You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to bring projects from concept to fabrication.

Your key responsibilities will include: • Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to capture design intent and attachment conditions.

• Collaborating with sales and project managers to develop preliminary and shop drawings.

• Creating and revising engineering and fabrication drawings that guide our production teams.

• Coordinating with field managers to incorporate real-world measurements and feedback.

• Managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision and professionalism.

• Troubleshooting design challenges and contributing to innovative solutions.

What You Bring • Associate’s degree in architectural technology, engineering, or equivalent CAD experience.

• 2–3 years of SolidWorks experience, especially with assemblies and weldments.

• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
