As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Finance organization, you will be based in a remote role.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our Broker/Dealer Back Office Operations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, providing strategic and tactical solutions that align technology with business objectives. The successful candidate will have experience in Financial Services and/or Accounting, with a strong understanding of Fixed Income and Equity Securities, and will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and system requirements; supporting application planning, implementation, and configuration; and ensuring solutions are cost-effective and meet operational needs. Key responsibilities include leading and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, End-to-End Business Testing, and Production Support, while monitoring user experiences and identifying opportunities to enhance system productivity and process efficiency. The analyst will also provide senior-level consulting and process improvement recommendations to business partners, analyze and resolve complex system and workflow challenges, and confidently facilitate meetings and presentations with executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and relationship-management skills, capable of driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Shadow Financial Systems; however, this experience is not required.
The candidate's work schedule will align with East Coast market hours (Eastern Time Zone).

Job Description • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. • Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements . • Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed . • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results . • Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
