ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS : include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. • Und e rst a nding t he busin e ss pro ce sses a nd t h e in t e r d e p e nd e n c ies of v a rious sys t e ms i n us e . • Fac i l i t a t i ng in t e ra c t i ve discussions with the busin e ss un i t and t ec hnology t ea ms i n or de r to ac hieve a l i gnment on d e f in i ng r e quir e ments. • Ability to elicit details system requirements and create workflows to solution business demand. • G a the r ing, a n a lyzing, d o c umenting, and t ra nslati n g busin e ss r e quir e ments in to fun c t i on a l sp ec ifi ca t i ons th a t c a n be us e d to design and impl e ment solut i ons to me e t t h e busin e ss obje c t i v e s. • I d e nt i fying a nd c om m un i ca t i ng risks, issues, a nd p otential solut i on str a tegi e s a long wi t h providing s t a tus upd a tes to senior le a d e rship a nd i m pa c ted t ea m m a tes. • L ea ding fa c i l ita t ed s e ss i o ns with busin e ss use r s to i d e nt i fy system e nh a n c e ments. • Do c umenting a nd g a i n i n g sig n - off on busin e ss r e quir e ment s . • Com m unic a t i ng p r oje c t prio r i t ies to I T t e a m. • Assis t ing with t he c r e a t i ng of tr a in i ng mat e ri a l and tr a i n ing e nd us e rs on sy s tem • enh a n ce m e nts a nd n e w p r o g r a m s . • P roviding r e ports a nd d a t a e xtr a c ts t o in t e rn a l and e xte r n a l bus i n e ss p a rtn e r s. • T ra ining, mento r ing, a nd supporting other sta f f m e mbe r s . • This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.  Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.

REQUIRED: • A minimum 8 – 10 years of related experience • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft suite, Office365; focus on Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with new system implementations, workflows, requirements gathering and software life cycle. • Insurance industry experience (Personal Lines – Home Owners). • Experience working with offshore resource model. • Mentoring and giving direction to peers.

PREFERRED: • Insurance industry experience in MGU. • Experience with Unqork, Solartis and Salesforce systems

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY ON A REGULAR BASIS: • Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day. • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor. • Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
