Job Description: This job is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across segments. Key responsibilities include setting program strategy, guiding senior managers, influencing priorities, and fostering collaboration across product, channel, and operations. Job expectations include driving innovation, engaging executive stakeholders, ensuring governance, and delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and change leadership.

Responsibilities: • Serve as the central point of coordination for strategic initiative prioritization across business initiative portfolios • Drive program execution through established management routines, including stakeholder alignment, governance forums, and status reporting with Digital, Strategy, and line-of-business partners. • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic updates for senior leadership. • Act as the primary liaison for technology-related program activities, providing leadership on project updates, dependencies, and issue resolution. • Monitor program and project health, proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities while delivering regular stakeholder reporting and insights. • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that strengthens cross-functional partnerships and enterprise-wide alignment. • Drive alignment across product, Business channel, operations, and support organizations to ensure integrated delivery and successful execution. • Lead complex strategic initiatives and transformation efforts, defining objectives, execution plans, milestones, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes. • Operate autonomously to identify opportunities, define approaches, remove obstacles, and advance work in environments with evolving priorities and limited structure. • Develop strategic recommendations and executive-level business cases to support key business decisions and investments. • Engage with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to influence priorities, gain alignment, and support strategic decision making. • Lead the governance, operating model, and people/process strategy for core SCCS-funded programs. • Mentor and support development of Customer Segment Consultant I team members • Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments

• Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution • Fosters collaboration across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives • Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking • Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications: • Proven presentation skills (written and oral): ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise, and insightful way and synthesize information to Senior Executives. • Proven executive presence, horizontal and strategic thinker with the ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organization. • Demonstrates a good sense of judgment, knows when to escalate and how to manage expectations. • Program and/or strategic initiative leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage expertise, influence stakeholders, and drive business outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, independently establish priorities, and drive results with limited direction. • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence across a highly matrixed organization. • Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging and influence senior leaders. • Excellent organization, planning, and program management skills. • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite.
