You will work collaboratively with executive stakeholders on cross-functional integration and separation initiatives spanning finance, operations, technology, human resources, supply chain, commercial, and other defined functional areas.

This role is centered on hands-on execution and analysis under the direction of senior team members, requiring strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work through ambiguity, and the capacity to contribute meaningfully to cross-functional teams throughout the transaction lifecycle—from pre-close planning and Day 1 readiness to operating model implementation and post-close value realization.

Who You Are:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, FP&A, finance transformation, operations, and / or related functions.

- Relevant experience supporting M&A integration, separation, or post-merger transformation programs.

- Understanding of transaction lifecycle activities, including integration planning, Day 1 execution, operating model design, and post-close optimization.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, operations, procurement, supply chain, and related functions.

- Knowledge of organizational change management, communication planning, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

- Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing business data, financial information, operational metrics, and performance drivers.

- Experience analyzing core business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, supply chain planning, and working capital.

- Ability to manage assigned projects, communicate with stakeholders, and balance competing priorities in transaction environments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Exposure to private equity or large corporate environments.

- Background or interest in finance transformation, operational excellence, supply chain management, or digital transformation.

- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

What You'll Do:

- Support end-to-end delivery of M&A integration, separation, carve-out, and stand-up engagements for private equity, private equity-backed, and / or corporate clients.

- Execute workstreams across finance, HR, IT, operations, supply chain, legal, sales, or commercial functions to ensure alignment with transaction objectives and critical milestones.

- Execute against integration and separation plans, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, TSA planning, and synergy identification, analysis, and value tracking.

- Analyze financial, operational, and organizational data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities that support performance improvement and value creation.

- Identify and evaluate business process and technology opportunities across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, supply chain, finance, and shared services in relation to M&A scenarios.

- Contribute to development of high-quality client deliverables, including analyses, executive presentations, process documentation, implementation roadmaps, and status reporting.

- Support project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring high-quality client delivery on assigned engagements.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal team members, working under senior team member direction on client-facing communications and deliverable ownership.

- Support and contribute to team development through sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and ongoing professional development.
