As a Business Experience & Plan Advisor Sr within PNC's PCIO Fiscal Governance and Workforce Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, or Denver, CO.
As a Business Experience and Plan Advisor Sr develops and executes workforce and talent strategies that support PCIO business objectives, technology priorities, and future capability needs. This role partners with CIO leadership, HR, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, and Enterprise Talent teams to identify capability gaps, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure long-term workforce readiness.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Translate business priorities, technology roadmaps, and workforce trends into actionable talent strategies.
- Identify current and future capability gaps and develop plans to address them through hiring, upskilling, reskilling, development, and internal mobility.
- Build and sustain technology career pathways, development frameworks, and talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technology executives on workforce readiness, talent risks, and organizational capability needs.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BMOs, and Workforce Planning teams to align talent supply with business demand.
- Leverage workforce analytics and talent insights to drive recommendations, measure outcomes, and support executive decision-making.
- Lead workforce initiatives that enhance employee growth, retention, mobility, and overall organizational capability.

Job Description • Indirectly leads cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. • Leads execution and implementation of business planning processes. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations. • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals. • Consults and influences key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $185,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
