Required Skills • 8+ years in supply chain, planning, business architecture, or transformation • 5+ years in IBP, S&OP, Demand Planning, or supply chain planning • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar complex high-tech manufacturing • Strong Demand Planning expertise, including forecast accuracy, bias, consensus planning, and NPI/EOL planning • Proven ability to lead cross-functional process design and transformation • Experience converting business needs into functional/system requirements • Planning in constrained supply environments and supporting demand prioritization

Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of semiconductor front-end and back-end planning processes • Experience with ERP and planning system integration • Strong communication and facilitation skills in cross-functional environments • Experience enabling ML/AI into the IBP and Demand Planning process. • in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
