As a Business Analyst team member in Crowe’s C onsulting Practice , your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs to improve operating performance, use of technology, and delivery of customer experience and/or management decision making.  You will define, craft, develop and implement business and technology solutions based on analysis of current practices, processes, technologies and data in comparison to leading industry practices, technologies and benchmarks.

Skills and Requirements:   • Documents user stories and supporting documents for the team 

• Acquires and applies various research and brainstorming techniques to analyze and understand a problem 

• Develops proficiency in the supported software applications. 

• Gains an understanding of departmental operations and workflow processes. 

• Observes and learns requirement-gathering methodologies from senior team members. 

• Partners with senior-level team members to review their work 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships 

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.  

• Willingness to travel 60% or more annually  

Education:   • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following fields: 

• Business Administration 

• Accounting 

• Finance 

• Economics 

• Operations Management 

• Healthcare Administration 

• Public Finance 

• Public & Environmental Affairs 

• Supply Chain 

• Public Policy 

• Industrial Engineering 

• Systems Engineering

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
