The position is responsible for managing regional communications programs, learning and development initiatives, employee engagement action plans, thought leadership strategies, executive presentations, operational resilience and business continuity activities, and strategic programs that enable business growth and organizational excellence. The role partners closely with Operational Resilience teams to support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), organizational readiness, crisis preparedness, and resilience governance activities across the region. The role also supports the adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and GenAI solutions, helping drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement across Client Services.
This position requires a highly collaborative, analytical, and creative professional who can translate business needs into actionable strategies, develop compelling executive communications, manage cross-functional initiatives, and build scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact.
The role provides exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Client Services, Product, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Operational Resilience, and other regional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop innovative and creative presentations and business reviews that provide insights and recommendations for senior leadership and the broader Client Services (CS) organization. • Coordinate and execute regional meetings, learning programs, events, summits, employee engagement activities, and team functions associated with Client Services. • Drive the regional communications strategy, including executive communications, organizational updates, leadership messaging, Viva Engage, Optimization Monthly, organizational charts, and communication campaigns that support key business priorities. • Lead and support Thought Leadership initiatives that promote knowledge sharing, organizational awareness, business insights, and employee engagement across the LAC Client Services organization. • Manage learning and development programs, including CS Pro Sessions, skill-building workshops, AI and GenAI enablement programs, leadership development initiatives, and other regional training offerings. • Support the planning, execution, communications, stakeholder engagement, and reporting associated with the Regional Operational Excellence Council (ROEC) and other strategic client and employee engagement initiatives. • Lead Employee Engagement Action Plan (EEAP) initiatives through the analysis of employee feedback, survey results, and organizational metrics, while partnering with leaders to develop and execute action plans that improve employee experience and engagement. • Partner with Operational Resilience teams to support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and organizational resilience initiatives, including continuity plan governance, testing and validation exercises, employee readiness activities, stakeholder communications, reporting, and compliance with enterprise resilience requirements. • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor solutions that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and business outcomes. • Manage and publish process improvements associated with projects, programs, communications, and operational initiatives. • Complete all documentation related to organizational initiatives and business changes, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, and appropriately engaged throughout implementation. • Implement, track, and monitor projects, programs, communication campaigns, learning initiatives, and resilience activities to assess effectiveness, measure impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Support the adoption of AI and digital transformation initiatives by developing communications, training materials, enablement strategies, and engagement campaigns that increase awareness and utilization across the organization. • Analyze employee and client feedback, engagement metrics, learning outcomes, operational data, and business insights to identify trends, provide recommendations, and support strategic business priorities. • Assist with the maintenance of standard operating procedures, governance documentation, communication assets, business continuity documentation, and other controlled documents requiring updates as a result of organizational projects and programs. • Manage multiple regional projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously while partnering with stakeholders across functional teams, countries, and levels of the organization to deliver measurable business results.
