Job Summary: Are you a passionate foodie with a hunger for strategic business management and performance marketing? Join our dynamic team as a Brand Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of three iconic brands within Unilever Foods: Hellmann’s/Best Foods, Maille & Sir Kensington’s. Hellmann’s is an iconic global brand sold to 450 million consumers in over 50 countries; Maille is a premium French brand with a rich heritage in mustard and vinegar dating back to 1747, known for its culinary craftsmanship and sophisticated flavor profiles; Sir Kensington’s is a young, dynamic brand over-indexing with younger consumers addressing the premium and healthy condiments space. US Condiments is one of the most important cells for the North America and Global Foods business. We need someone who is passionate about performance, general management, delivering best-in-class execution and possesses the leadership skills to raise teams and results to excellence.
This role leads Performance for the US Condiments portfolio, with primary accountability for Hellmann’s/Best Foods, the #1 mayonnaise brand in the United States, alongside oversight of Maille and Sir Kensington’s. This is a highly strategic and visible leadership role responsible for driving commercial results for the Condiments US business, delivering against KPIs including household penetration, market share and brand equity. Success is measured by business growth, regional target achievement, cross-functional excellence as well as team development.
The Brand Manager will report to the Senior Director of US Condiments Marketing and requires the strategic thinking, analytical rigor, business acumen and cross-functional leadership to drive commercial results.
Key Accountabilities:
Portfolio & Brand Leadership • Own business strategy and execution across the Condiments portfolio, inclusive of Hellmann’s/Best Foods, Maille and Sir Kensington’s. • Set the annual strategic plan and investment strategy, including owning establishing the key end-to-end tentpole drive periods, budget and channel allocation, and ownership of the regional and sports marketing strategies. • Lead the portfolio and assortment strategy, including launch planning and support allocation across formats, segments, regions and retailers. • Manage overall Condiments market share performance tracking and action planning.
Performance & Commercial Impact • Own marketing performance across the funnel, including media effectiveness, brand marketing ROI, promotional programs and share growth. • Translate data (POS, panel, digital, media) into clear actions that unlock growth opportunities. • Partner closely with Customer Development to align on commercial and retail strategies, ensuring seamless integration of national and shopper marketing. • Translate national marketing programs into unmissable point-of-sale materials, and trial-driving and promotional programs.
Innovation & Integration • Partner with Innovation teams to develop best-in-class go-to-market plans for new launches. Build strong trial driving & marketing programs to ensure early velocity KPIs are achieved. • Lead integration of innovation into broader demand plans to maximize launch impact and in-market success.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership • Lead and develop one direct report (Associate Brand Manager), building capability and fostering high performance. • Act as a key connector across functions (CD, CMI, Finance, Digital, Global teams) to drive alignment and delivery of US campaigns OTIF.
Required Qualifications: • BA or MBA required • 5-7+ years' of experience in brand marketing, performance marketing and/or demand creation, ideally within CPG. • Strong business acumen and commercial rigor, able to establish clear strategies and structured plans to mobilize excellent execution. • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, including the interplay of media, digital, shopper and lower funnel tactics in driving commercial results. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact. • Demonstrated ability to interface and effectively work with a variety of internal & external partners to deliver integrated programs & business results. • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple brands and workstreams simultaneously.

Pay : The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible. Benefits : Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
