The Branch Manager oversees daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals. This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service, nurturing inventory levels, and balancing expenses through purchase supporting. Additionally, the Branch Manager fosters facility and staff alignment to safety and regulatory standards, empowering team members in providing efficient customer service, maintaining good housekeeping, and harmonizing overall operational efficiency. • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent service.

• Assist customers with product selection and technical support.

• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain store operations and support merchandising efforts.

• Lead and supervise direct reports in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must operate in a drug-free workplace.

• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment, coupled with demonstrated expertise in Profit and Loss (P&L) management and the strategic use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.

• Valued experience in people leadership with a dedication to supporting team growth and alignment , coaching , mentoring , and team development .

• Skill in fostering alignment within complex customer relationships and guiding and supporting distribution center operations.

• Background in supporting and leading teams within a  retail or industrial distribution environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.

• Proficient  computer skills and an interest in learning new digital tools. 

• The ability to navigate  multiple priorities concurrently.

• Self-motivate d with a focus on contributing to the overall team's success.

• Excellent  verbal and written communication skills to effectively act as a bridge between staff and management.

​ Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in sales with a  track record of meaningful contributions and experience in the welding industry .

• Experience with  inventory cultivation  and  vendor relationship  support.

• Computer experience or basic knowledge of SAP .
