Job Description Join a team responsible for processing and safeguarding Treasury bond transactions that impact customers nationwide. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring financial records are handled accurately, securely, and efficiently while supporting a high-volume operation that delivers exceptional service and compliance.
What You'll Do: • Process Treasury bond redemption transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review, validate, and enter critical financial information into internal systems to ensure timely processing.
• Independently manage work from a shared production queue and prioritize tasks to meet service level expectations.
• Operate imaging and document-capture technology, including the Falcon imaging system, to support digital record management.
• Sort, organize, and prepare bond documentation for processing and archival.
• Identify discrepancies, research exceptions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations, security requirements, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to support workflow efficiency and continuous process improvement.

Security Requirements This position requires successful completion of a Government Agency Clearance (GAC) prior to the start date. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain this clearance as a condition of employment.
Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Four years or more of operations services related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements - Proven commitment to high quality customer service - Ability to work well with external and internal customers - Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment - Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide - Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions - Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation - Strong PC skills -Good verbal and written communication skills
Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39
