Job Description This opportunity is part of a team development program designed to support evolving business needs across Bodily Injury and Homeowners Liability claims. Team members may have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of claim types and handling responsibilities, including extended handling, litigation, and homeowners liability claims, based on business needs, performance, and development goals.

Our team is seeking an experienced Adjuster with a background in both Bodily Injury and Homeowners Liability claims. In this unique position, you'll handle a variety of complex claims, collaborate with knowledgeable professionals, and play a key role in supporting customers through challenging situations. Key Responsibilities • Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle for complex cases • Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department • Handles investigation regarding all aspects of complex auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise discretion and independence within increased level of authority • For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims • Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding other potential property damage • Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills

Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties.

As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. BI Auto Adjuster Cons I: $53,500 - $86,400 BI Auto Adjuster Cons II: $56,000 - $93,250 BI Auto Adjuster Sr Cons I: $68,500 - $117,700 BI Auto Adjuster Sr Cons II: $70,100 - $124,500

Annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
