Responsibilities: The BXCI Investment Operations team is looking for a key member of the team focused on operational support and day to day management of its Strategic Insurance Clients. This team liaises directly with key internal and external stakeholders in ensuring the accuracy of the Clients’ Investment and Accounting records with a high standard of care. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: • Building and supporting an enhanced operations servicing model; working with clients to ensure they have full understanding of investment portfolios, helping to address questions/issues across a diverse book of credit investments and working with many teams internally to improve processes and outcomes for the clients. • Daily oversight of the reconciliation process with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that insurance clients’ records are accurate for monthly close process; reviewing overdue receivables, suspense accounts, etc. and working with reconciliation / processing teams to ensure activity is accurately captured in internal systems and on client records. • Assistance with private deal fundings, pipeline management and client communication to ensure smooth closing on complex private transactions. • Daily / Monthly reporting oversight; assist in building better reporting solutions, working with offshore teams to ensure accurate data and review of output prior to delivery to clients. • Coordination of responses for ongoing ad-hoc client queries; working with teams to ensure incoming asks are in front of the right groups with follow-up on pending items and response back to clients. • Assist in training onshore and offshore colleagues on operational workflows, monthly close activities, reporting oversight, and issue escalation processes to support accurate and timely servicing of insurance clients
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience • 5+ Years Related Experience • Strong understanding of Insurance Industry is preferred; including STAT accounting principles • Strong attention to detail and highly organized • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude • Results oriented, deadline driven and resourceful person who thrives in a dynamic environment • Independent worker / self-starter • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) • Experience with Insurance Accounting systems a strong plus (Clearwater, PAM, Aladdin) • Proven success as a team player

Expected annual base salary range:
$140,000 - $200,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
