Repair Technician

Location: 20720 High Desert Lane, Unit 5 Bend, OR

Compensation: $20.00 per hour | Paid Bi-Weekly

Employment Type: Partl-Time

Shift Options: Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM Tuesday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Please Note: Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse location.

Job Summary

Veo is seeking Repair Technicians to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems, are comfortable working with their hands, and are passionate about helping make our communities safe and sustainable.

No electric vehicle experience is required. However, candidates with professional or hobby experience repairing bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo's electric bikes and scooters, from tightening bolts to replacing motors.

• Conduct quality inspections and routine maintenance to ensure all vehicles meet Veo's safety standards.

• Follow established processes to log and track maintenance records.

• Monitor inventory levels for spare parts and communicate replenishment needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and set a positive example for teammates.

• Perform field tasks as needed, including battery swaps and vehicle redistribution.

• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of maintenance or automotive repair experience preferred.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull electric bikes and scooters weighing up to 80 lbs.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using smartphone applications and technology.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience repairing bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles.

• Basic knowledge of electronics.

Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications. Pay Range $19 — $20 USD
