Position Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on Uline's benefits programs and answering questions about their coverage.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and deliver clear, engaging communications that help employees make the most of their benefits.
• Support open enrollment, wellness initiatives and benefits education sessions for employees.
• Work closely with HR teams and vendors to deliver health, retirement and wellness programs.
Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, business or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in an HR or office environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong writing and organizational skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel and HRIS (Workday preferred ).
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
