About this role
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Behavioral Health Manager to lead our dedicated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This position is a perfect blend of leadership and clinical responsibilities.
Job Description: Our multidisciplinary ACT team provides intensive, community-based services to adults living with chronic and persistent mental illness. As the manager, you will lead a team of passionate professionals committed to helping individuals achieve recovery, build independence, and live successfully in their communities.
What You'll Do: • Provide leadership, support, and supervision to a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team. • Provide individual counselling and facilitate therapeutic groups. • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and person-centered care. • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services are delivered in the community. • Partner with community agencies and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care. • Support staff development while promoting clinical excellence and program fidelity.

Requirements: • You must have a Maine state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. • Licensed as a Certified Clinical Supervisor required within 1 year of hire. • Maine Adult Protective Services Background Check required. • Maine Child Abuse and Neglect Background Check required. • Valid Maine state driver's license with an acceptable driving record as defined by MGH policy required.

The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
