With the confidence of a delicious coffee offering, we’ve removed many of the barriers a space needed, bulky equipment, and cumbersome steps. Yet the most important skill sets continue to connect our Cafes and instant kiosks: the attention to detail to make delicious coffee and the spirit of omotenashi when serving our guests.   At Blue Bottle Coffee, a Barista is someone who is passionate about coffee, culinary items, sustainability, and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in care and respect.
