As an AWM - Digital Assets Director, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday. Within our Assurance practice, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. This role involves evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance, and risk management processes, while educating clients on leading practice recommendations.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Your role is crucial in maintaining PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. In this role at PwC, you will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Leading business transformation initiatives leveraging digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday - Assessing and managing risk and controls during client transformation journeys - Evaluating compliance with regulations and governance processes to enhance credibility and reliability of financial statements - Translating strategic vision into actionable plans and inspiring teams to follow - Shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring future leaders - Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together - Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm - Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and innovation - Solving complex problems by exploring multiple angles and encouraging creative thinking - Balancing long-term strategic choices with short-term detail-oriented execution

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance - Demonstrating a strategic mindset in asset and wealth management - Leading business process improvement initiatives - Utilizing analytical thinking to drive innovative solutions - Promoting technological advances in digital asset management - Cultivating executive-level client relationships - Mentoring future leaders in a dynamic environment

Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
