Position Overview

Responsible for expanding the BSA compliance testing program, continue strengthening the program structure, provide oversight and management of an effective Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance testing program to validate the organization; Maintaining the required level of compliance set forth by its regulatory agencies; Verifying compliance with the BSA regulation governing the conduct of the entities’ affairs by providing regular testing and reporting of potential issues identified and verification appropriate corrective action is implemented.

What You’ll Do • Expand the BSA Compliance Testing program to broaden components tested to continue to identify and assess BSA risk within the first line.

• Provide oversight in developing BSA testing team members to further enhance knowledge of the testing process and documentation. Provides guidance to staff regarding testing approach

• Oversee and manage the annual review schedule to assure timely and appropriate completion of all reviews.

• Manage 2nd line Compliance BSA Testing including: Review team members’ documents, workpapers, as well as the team’s reports for accuracy; review line of business responses to identified issues to verify appropriate corrective action is taken; verify correction action was taken to validate identified issues.

• Test for compliance with bank policies and procedures, as well as all the Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

• Exhibit superior time management skills. Maintains confidentiality of information and protects entities sensitive information and materials.

• Develop and maintains rapport with the staff, lines of business, and management to effectively obtain and communicate compliance information.

• Provide timely reports to keep Senior Management informed on progress of Compliance Reviews.

Qualifications • 7-10 years of experience with 2nd line compliance testing, auditing, deposit/loan operations, BSA/AML/Sanctions knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000 - $132,000. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
