Job Description Heritage Honda Parkville, a proud member of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments.

Sales Manager Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop New and Used Vehicle Sales teams • Drive department profitability and vehicle sales performance • Desk deals and assist sales associates in closing transactions • Monitor inventory, pricing strategy, and market trends • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and retention • Recruit, hire, and train top automotive sales talent • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards • Partner with Finance, BDC, and Fixed Operations teams to maximize performance • Track KPIs, sales metrics, and departmental productivity • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance sales culture

Qualifications: • Automotive sales management experience required • Previous Honda or import-brand experience preferred • Proven track record of driving sales volume and profitability • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment • Experience with CRM systems, desking tools, and digital retailing platforms • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Professional appearance and strong work ethic • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
