ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Chat Operator to join our team of dedicated, professional Personal Guides who can deliver high quality Astrology, Palmistry and Tarot readings to our clients.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping those who seek guidance and answers to life’s big questions through a variety of divination techniques.

The ideal person for the Chat Operator role will be:

- Experienced at creating and reading natal and transit birth charts

- Familiar with all aspects of Astrology and comfortable with giving predictive readings

- Experienced in Palmistry and confident answering questions based upon the lines and markings of the palm

- Able to read Tarot cards and give readings based upon various card spreads

- Confident to give readings in writing and in person during live video calls

- Keen to learn new skills and expand their knowledge - an interest in or basic knowledge of numerology, synastry, dream interpretation and any other divination techniques will be considered an asset

This is a remote full time position The hours shall be worked across 5 days per week to include every Saturday and Sunday The hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 GMT

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide astrologically and grammatically correct written responses to clients questions - all responses shall be in English

- Provide engaging and informative readings to clients purchasing live video calls - all calls are conducted in English

- To prepare video and voice messages for clients in response to their questions - the ideal candidate should feel confident and comfortable to make their own short video readings and appear on camera

- Adhere to all ethical rules and company standards, as laid out by management, when providing readings

- To meet all targets in relation to response times and message volumes as directed by management

- Perform additional duties and contribute to ad-hoc projects as required in line with the Chat Ops Team needs and objectives

- To assign incoming messages to the Chat Ops team and provide cover for other team members ensuring response times and standards are maintained over weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

- An excellent standard of spoken and written English is essential

- Previous experience of giving personalized Astrology, Palmistry or Tarot readings in a professional capacity would be an advantage

- Strong computer skills and a reliable internet connection

- Access to a quiet and calm space where you can conduct live video calls without interruption

- Have an empathic, non-judgemental and compassionate character and be able to establish a rapport with your clients quickly

- Ability to work on own initiative and without close supervision

- Accurate typing skills and the ability to condense information into short, engaging and informative responses that capture our clients interest and leaves them wanting to know more

NICE TO HAVE

- Previous experience of working in a fully remote position within the online entertainment sector

- A flair for creative writing

LOCATION

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
