Role Responsibilities: • Support the design of platform, mobile, and connected product experiences that solve real customer problems and improve usability. • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma while adhering to established design systems and standards. • Participate in user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and observation sessions to better understand customer needs and behaviors. • Translate research findings, customer feedback, and product requirements into intuitive and accessible user experiences. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver customer-centered solutions. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and UX best practices. • Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, data insights, and technical considerations. • Help document design decisions, interaction specifications, and user experience guidelines to support development and consistent implementation. • Assist in journey mapping, information architecture, and workflow design for complex digital solutions and operational environments.
Role Purpose: • Design products that have real-world impact. Your work helps protect food, medicine, vaccines, and other temperature-sensitive goods moving through the global supply chain, creating meaningful outcomes that affect businesses and communities worldwide. • Own experiences from research to delivery. You'll have opportunities to participate in customer research, concept development, prototyping, testing, and product launch activities. • Work directly with customers and operational users. You'll learn firsthand how logistics operators, fleet managers, warehouse teams, life sciences professionals, and transportation partners make critical decisions in complex environments. • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams. Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and business leaders to influence digital products used around the world.
Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Customer Experience (CX), or Information Architecture • 2+ years of experience designing digital products, applications, websites, software platforms, or customer experiences through academic, internship, contract, or professional work.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing SaaS, enterprise software, connected device, IoT, transportation, logistics, supply chain, healthcare, or life sciences solutions. • Exposure to customer research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, or journey mapping. • Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, operational workflows, or data-driven decision-support tools. • Experience working within established design systems and contributing reusable components and interaction patterns. • Interest in emerging technologies including AI-enabled products, predictive analytics, and connected digital ecosystems • Demonstrated ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms. • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, accessibility standards, and design thinking methodologies. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
