Here, multidisciplinary teams of expert clinicians deliver flexible in-person and virtual care, supported by continuous professional growth.
WHY THIS ROLE

REQUIREMENTS
- Availability during Brightline's peak hours, 2pm to 7pm.
- A Master's degree and active associate level licensure (LMSW), with progress toward the 3,000 supervised hours required for full independent licensure.
- Completion of the National Examinations (ASWB).
- Foundation in CBT and related interventions to support common youth needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and other similar presentations.
- A commitment to expanding CBT knowledge and experience alongside other therapies including ERP, DBT, PMT, and ACT. - Please note that the Brightline standard of care does not include Play Therapy, EMDR, psychodynamic/analytic interventions, and some others.
- Strong knowledge of current clinical research, with a commitment to staying current on the latest empirical advancements.
- A clear understanding of, and deep commitment to, ethical standards of care.
- A learner's mindset and willingness to work with families with kids ages 2 to 18.
- Previous experience providing care both in person and virtually preferred.
