Associate Project Manager, Project Management

As an Associate Project Manager, you will:  

•  Update daily status reports and hot sheets, schedule internal meetings, prepare and   maintain   timelines   and project estimates with the guidance of senior team members.  

• Manage and   maintain   meeting notes.  

• Work with the finance team to   initiate   new jobs and participate in internal billing meetings.   

• Balance priorities across various disciplines, ensuring deadlines are met and on budget  

• Proactively problem solve capacity,   timing   and scoping issues  

• Partner with the project management team to understand and   optimize   (when needed) processes, tools, etc.  

• Develop relationships with cross-discipline project teams and support resource allocations.  

• Assist   with management, quality   assurance   and delivery of all final campaign   assets in   prepared for trafficking and launch.   

• Report to one of our Project Management leaders.  

Qualifications  

You have:  

• 0-2 years of experience, ideally within an integrated agency environment.  

• Experience working   within   Microsoft   Excel   a plus.  

The   annual   salary range for this position is $54,000 - $56,000 .   Placement within the salary range   is based on a variety of factors ,   including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors   permitted   by law.
