This Associate Product Specialist is designed for an ambitious, highly motivated self-starter who is eager to learn, take on meaningful responsibility, and build a career in medical device marketing. You will work across therapies, products, projects, and marketing leaders, providing hands-on support for important commercial initiatives while developing experience in product management, commercialization, sales enablement, business planning, and marketing execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career or high-potential individual who learns quickly, takes initiative, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate does not need extensive prior experience but should demonstrate strong intellectual curiosity, ownership, organization, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.   Product & Lifecycle Management: • Support product management activities including pricing, forecasting, demand planning, phase-outs, labeling, packaging, and supply continuity

• Assist with commercialization activities, product launches, international expansion, and ongoing lifecycle management

• Monitor competitive activity and help translate market and customer insights into actionable commercial recommendations

Downstream & Commercial Marketing: • Develop and maintain customer-, patient-, and field-facing marketing materials

• Assist with competitive response initiatives, field requests, sales enablement tools, demo products, and product launch execution

• Work with marketing partners to maintain and optimize commercial assets and ensure resources are available to the field when needed

Business Planning & Marketing Operations: • Coordinate marketing processes, vendors, Veeva and Allego assets, reporting, and other recurring portfolio activities

• Take ownership of discrete projects and ad hoc priorities across the Pain marketing organization

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while working with marketing leaders across the portfolio

Development Opportunities: • Gain broad exposure across multiple therapies, products, and stages of the product lifecycle

• Develop foundational skills in product management, commercialization, sales enablement, business analytics, and downstream marketing

• Work directly with experienced marketing leaders and cross-functional partners throughout the organization

• Build an understanding of the medical device industry and how Marketing partners with Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance, Regulatory, Clinical, and other functions

• Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as capabilities and experience develop

Must Have: Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have • Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field

• Internship, co-op, academic, or early-career experience related to marketing, product management, sales, healthcare, medical devices, or business

• Experience with data analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, or business analytics

• Intellectual curiosity and interest in healthcare, technology, or medical devices

• Track record of taking ownership, seeking out new challenges, and delivering results with limited direction

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and quickly adapt to changing business priorities

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
