The Role The Associate Product Manager, Vault CRM, is an important position responsible for developing our world-class CRM solution. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. This role is for the core Vault CRM application which includes areas such as AI Agents, Account Management, Interaction Planning and Recording, Next Best Actions, Engagement Channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Portals, and much more. To be successful, you must be able to ‘go broad and go deep’, think strategically to define your vision, craft detailed designs, and effectively communicate with your engineering, QA, and UX peers.
