• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and External Reporting teams to assess the tax implications of business transactions, accounting developments, tax law changes, and strategic initiatives.

• Support the accounting and reporting for complex tax matters, including valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, transfer pricing, restructuring activities, and acquisitions or divestitures, as applicable.

• Manage the recording and delivery of tax-related journal entries to ensure proper presentation within the company's financial statements.

• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requests, technical discussions, and review procedures throughout the reporting cycle.

• Build strong relationships across Kyndryl's global tax organization and serve as a trusted partner to regional teams and key finance stakeholders.
