Job Description
This is a pivotal moment to join the Global Infectious Diseases Team as a prescription antiviral medication continues to achieve record commercial success and transform outcomes for patients at risk of serious CMV infections worldwide. With more than 290,000 patients impacted globally, a prescription antiviral medication has become a cornerstone of CMV prevention in transplant recipients and remains a key brand within the Infectious Diseases portfolio.
As an Associate Director on the Global Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in advancing the global strategy and long-term success of a prescription antiviral medication, while contributing to strategic priorities across the broader Infectious Diseases organization. You will help shape the brand’s future through innovation, global-to-local strategy, market activation, data-driven decision-making, and lifecycle management.
This role requires a commercially grounded global marketer who understands both how global strategies are developed and how they must be translated into meaningful execution across markets. By integrating market realities, customer insights, and cross-functional perspectives into global decision-making, you will help accelerate performance and maximize growth across a prescription antiviral medication lifecycle.
This highly visible role offers strong leadership exposure and the opportunity to influence a key growth driver at a time of significant momentum. We invite applicants to join a team united by commercial expertise, scientific excellence, collaboration, and a patient-centered purpose.

• Data, Insights & Performance: Partner with cross-functional colleagues and priority markets to translate complex performance data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations, forecasts, and long-term growth strategies.
• Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership: Lead initiatives across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, and other key functions. Influence without direct authority and create alignment across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders.
• Innovation & Customer Engagement: Identify and scale innovative approaches to customer engagement, including omnichannel and digital capabilities, that strengthen execution and improve the effectiveness of global brand activities.
• Supply Chain Stewardship: Partner with Manufacturing and Supply colleagues to support supply-chain agility and inform critical short- and long-term demand, launch, and lifecycle decisions.
• Global Access & Reimbursement: Partner with the Global Market Access team and key affiliates to inform pricing and access strategy, support upcoming negotiations, and prepare for health authority and reimbursement reviews.
