Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties: ·          Develop, maintain, and analyze operational metrics and dashboards, as well as recommendations for action to leadership ·          Create, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures related to ETF secondary market activities, ensuring consistency, control, and regulatory alignment. ·          Partner with Technology and Operations teams to design, enhance, and implement ETF operating models, workflow improvements, and system solutions that support efficiency and scalability. ·          Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of daily operational reporting to Portfolio Managers and Analysts. ·          Work closely with Portfolio Management, IDS, Capital Markets and FOO teams to identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely and controlled manner. ·          Coordinate closely with outsourced accounting, custody, and administration teams, as well as third‑party ETF service providers, to ensure operational alignment and issue resolution. ·          Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to Investment, Product, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations partners on ETF operational matters. ·          Take a lead operational role in the onboarding and implementation of new Exchange‑Traded Funds, including coordination across internal and external stakeholders. ·          Develop and implement new workflows and operational processes to support expanding ETF asset classes, acting as the primary operational SME throughout the lifecycle. ·          Continuously advance operational capabilities to increase scale, resiliency, and support the firm’s global ETF growth objectives. ·          Lead and drive ETF platform change both internally at Invesco and externally across Service Providers partnering with business leaders ·          Design, innovate, and implement ETF operating models, technology solutions and commercial opportunities ·          Partner with the firm’s leadership to help shape Invesco’s ETF platform strategy to maximize growth, scale, and consistency ·          Establish, oversee and execute complex multi-faceted strategies to deliver change ·          Engage and maintains relationships with stakeholders across the firm to effectively navigate our global organization   Work Experience / Knowledge: ·          Ten or more years of Custody and or Investment Accounting experience or relevant ETF / UIT experience. ·          Outstanding leadership experience with a track record of successful people management outcomes ·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes ·          Results driven individual with a high level of attention to detail and intellectual curiosity ·          Proven experience in identifying and leading improvements and transformations; Track record of change leadership success   Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required: ·          Extensive Knowledge of the ETF industry. ·          Knowledge of Unit Investment Trusts. ·          Experience with Digital Asset settlements ·          Experience with large transformations as well as smaller change leadership ·          Experience with governance and policy framework creation ·          Exceptional verbal and written skills including influencing skills ·          Ability to manage a team to complete multiple initiatives concurrently. ·          Ability to work effectively in a global matrixed team environment.   Formal Education: ·          A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

 Working Conditions: ·          Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or fund rebalance schedules. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
